These Terms of Service govern your use of printapal.shop and any purchases made from PrintaPal.
PrintaPal is operated by Brightway General Trading in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing our website, using our builder, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products and personalization
PrintaPal products are made to order and may be personalized using details selected or entered by the customer, including names, letters, colors, styles, quantities, and other available options.
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting your order.
Product images and digital previews are intended to represent the final product as accurately as possible. Because our products are individually 3D printed and finished by hand, minor variations in color, texture, layer appearance, positioning, or finish may occur.
Orders
An order is considered submitted when checkout is completed and payment is successfully accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Payment or transaction issues
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- A personalization request that cannot reasonably be produced
- Product or material availability issues
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.
The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges or other charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
Because PrintaPal products are personalized and made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is received.
If you need to correct or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@printapal.shop.
We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to locations made available through our checkout.
Delivery estimates shown on our website or during checkout are estimates and may be affected by production time, order volume, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your order or delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Returns, defects, and incorrect orders
Personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due solely to a change of mind once production has begun.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered due to an error on our side, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws are not limited by these Terms.
Website and builder accuracy
We aim to keep our website, product information, pricing, builder previews, and availability accurate.
However, occasional errors, interruptions, or technical issues may occur. We may correct information, pricing, availability, or website errors where necessary.
A digital preview may not perfectly reproduce the appearance of a physical product due to differences in displays, materials, lighting, and the 3D-printing process.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
You must not submit personalization content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may refuse to produce personalization that we reasonably believe violates these requirements.
Intellectual property
The PrintaPal name, branding, website design, product designs, graphics, photographs, builder experience, text, and other original content made available through our website belong to PrintaPal, Brightway General Trading, or their respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.
You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without permission.
Third-party services
Our website may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers, analytics providers, and social platforms.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PrintaPal and Brightway General Trading will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products where such losses could not reasonably have been anticipated.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
